Adult Cooking Classes at Bistro Seven Three and Chef Giacomo Cortese!

Join Somerset Hills YMCA’s and Bistro Seven Three’s cooking classes on March 28th and April 4th. Learn how to cook your own authentic Italian dishes and a specialty dessert! Each class comes with a tasting lunch and all guests are welcome to bring their own drink of choice.

About Chef Giacomo Cortese:

“My name is Giacomo Cortese. I’m 23 years old and I’m from northern Italy. The area where I live is most famous for its prestigious wine and food. For this reason, I decided to pursue the culinary arts. In school, I learned all the ins and outs and skills necessary to work in a kitchen, developing my passion for serving quality food and service, all while following proper kitchen etiquette. After my graduation, I worked in a restaurant in my town where I was fortunate enough to work alongside a one-star Michelin-rated Chef. It was here that I adapted many concepts, secrets, and skills, that I still use in the kitchen every day.”
