Outdoor Recreational Walks (Wednesdays)

Join your friends at the Y for leisurely-to-moderately paced Outdoor Recreational Walks. Weather permitting, we’ll stretch our legs together over flat-to-gentle hills covering 4-5 miles. Experience an introduction to hiking as well as a great opportunity to enjoy nature all while building your skills on the trail! Walks are on Wednesdays at 9:15am-11:15am. ADVANCE REGISTRATION REQUIRED. Open to members & non-members. Ages 12+. Trail location varies. Participants meet at trail entrance. Instructor communicates location and directions each week (as well as any potential weather rescheduling) to the email address on file with the Y. New to Outdoor Recreational Walks? Please sign up no later than 7pm the night before to receive directions to the trail.

Fitness Hikes (Thursdays)

Discover more endurance in the outdoors with our Y’s Thursday Fitness Hikes! Weather permitting, participants are challenged by a steady-to-vigorous pace covering 6-8 miles of hilly terrain. This hike is ideal for individuals who regularly exercise 3-4 times per week and are looking to build endurance on the trail. Hikes are on Thursdays at 9:15am. ADVANCE REGISTRATION REQUIRED. Open to members & non-members. Ages 12+. Trail location varies. Participants meet at trail entrance. Instructor communicates location and directions each week (as well as any potential weather rescheduling) to the email address on file with the Y. New to Thursday Fitness Hikes?
