This policy applies to your use of this site. This policy does not apply to your use of unaffiliated sites to which this site only links.

If we are unable to authenticate a request to exercise your rights, we will provide notice to you that we are unable to authenticate your request until you provide additional information.\

We will notify you of material changes to this Privacy Notice. Updates will be effective as of the date posted on our website, and we will communicate significant changes via email and on our website.
6.) Data Security Practices

8.) Collection Limitation and Consent Withdrawal
We collect only the personal data necessary for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice. Upon withdrawal, we will cease processing your data within 15 days of receiving your request.
9.) Processing Data of Minors
We do not knowingly process personal data for targeted advertising or profiling of individuals under 17 years without consent. For data collection involving children, we adhere to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Data collected for children participating in early education, child care, or camp programs is collected and processed in compliance with COPPA and other applicable federal, state and local regulations.
10.) Data Protection Assessment
We conduct data protection assessments for processing activities that may present heightened risks of harm to consumers, weighing the benefits of processing against potential risks. These assessments are available to the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs upon request.
