Discover the Half Primary Series of Ashtanga. The class begins by bringing the heart rate up and then an exploration of over 40+ asanas focusing on breath. See improvement in your alignment, flexibility, and strength in this fixed series of asanas. Yoga experience is a plus, but anyone is welcome.
