Our Programs

Nutrition for all

Diet is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle, and we want you to feel empowered to make the best decisions that work for you. Following a comprehensive assessment, our nutrition coach will work with you one-on-one, or in a group setting, and suggest a personalized plan with behavioral strategies. Written dietary guidelines and materials will help track your progress. We also offer seasonal group nutrition and fitness coaching, which include hourly seminars and/or nutrition workshops, printed handouts to give you the tools to succeed, recipes, and more.
