WHAT TO EXPECT AT OUTDOOR GROUP EXERCISE

We all have an important role to play in the health and safety of our Y community. We’ve implemented some new policies and procedures in the interest of looking out for everyone’s safety. Be ready to go and make the most of your visit to the Y when you know What to Expect at Outdoor Group Exercise:

  • Arrive at the Y and put on your face mask/covering as you exit your vehicle
  • Proceed to Outdoor Group Exercise member check-in to have your temperature taken and answer a few simple questions
  • Head over to your designated personal workout space
  • You may remove your mask when you are within your personal workout space and while you exercise
  • When you are finished, put your face mask/covering back on
  • Follow the directional arrows to exit—being mindful to maintain distance from other members—and depart to your vehicle
  • Thanks for coming to the Y and we’ll see you soon!

Ready? Grab your key fob and virtually check in to sign up and join us for Outdoor Group Exercise at the Y!
