
At the Y, our mission is to strengthen community and promote healthy living in spirit, mind, and body. That’s why we’ve partnered with Golden Warrior Self Defense to host a workshop for Adult Members 50+. It’s about equipping you with the confidence and skills to feel safer and stronger in your daily life. The practical techniques covered will be flexible based on individual needs, but may include straight punches, groin kicks, and escaping a common grab attack.
