Join us for a LIVESTRONG® Open House on December 14th at Somerville YMCA!

The YMCA is excited to invite you to our LIVESTRONG® Open House event, where you can learn all about LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA, an empowering and FREE 12-week recovery program designed specifically for adult cancer survivors.

Join us for an inspiring experience as you engage with our certified LIVESTRONG coaches, who are here to support you on your journey towards physical and emotional well-being.

Benefits of LIVESTRONG at the YMCA:

• Free, 12-week Y membership for the participant and their family
• Fitness Assessment
• Two 75-minute classes each week
• Small group setting (8-10 participants)
• Full access to YMCA facilities, including Kids Corner babysitting services
• Designed for adults who are undergoing or who have completed their cancer treatment
