At Somerset Hills YMCA!

Aging is a gift, and at the Y, we believe in celebrating every stage of life. During Healthy Aging Week, we’re honoring the incredible journey of our older adult members with a full schedule of events. We have everything from fun fitness classes like AOA Slow Flow Yoga and AOA Strength, to informative seminars on topics like fall prevention and financial planning. Join us to learn, connect, and thrive!

  • Active Older Adult Functional Strength Class with Liz at 11:30 am in Studio 1

Avoid Scams Lecture with Maya Cardenas

Learn how to recognize and prevent common scams targeting seniors, including:

  • Phishing: Fake emails, texts, and calls designed to steal personal information.

  • Types of Scams: Email phishing, spear phishing, smishing (texts), vishing (calls), and clone phishing.

  • Prevention Tips: How to spot red flags, protect your information, and stay safe online.
