THIS MONTH’S TOPIC: Six Pillars of Brain Health
The Six Pillars of Brain Health workshop is designed to empower participants to take charge of their brain health and learn more about the six pillars of a healthy brain lifestyle. Participants will also learn about practical, brain-boosting behaviors.
