We provide child care programs before and after school to give children in our community a safe space to learn and grow. Children will learn our core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility in a secure, structured environment supervised by our trained child care professionals.

Our Child Care Programs at Franklin Twp YMCA

School Age Child Care

Franklin Township YMCA has a partnership with schools in our area to give children a supportive space between school and home where they can connect, be active, and finish their homework. Our before school care program runs from 7:00 a.m. to school start and our after school care lasts from school dismissal time until 6:00 p.m.

Our before and after school care is offered for students at these participating Franklin Township public elementary schools: Claremont, Conerly, Elizabeth Avenue, Franklin Park, Hillcrest, MacAfee, and Pine Grove.

  • Our child care staff is composed of caring individuals who are certified in first aid and CPR. They are also required to complete a minimum of twelve hours of ongoing training each year.
